Naval cannons were set up on several gun decks on the typical Man of War and the broadsides resulting from all the guns on one side of a ship firing in unison were legendary. The carriages had an extensive rope system to stop recoiling cannon and get it back in firing position. This miniature replica cannon is 10.75 inches long and very well detailed. The 18th Century British Naval Cannon is part of replica cannon series that is made in Spain by the manufacturer Denix.
