Returns & Exchanges:
We will take returns for up to 90 days from the ship date of your order.
We can only process refunds for items returned within 30 days, after 30
days we offer exchange or store credit only. Any items being returned must be in
original condition. This means the
product cannot be worn, washed, soiled, damaged, or used in any way.
An RMA# is required for all returns and exchanges. Please contact our customer service department to receive a RMA#.
For clothing, it is fine to try it on, however, you’ll want to make sure
you do not subject the item to any scents (such as perfume, smoke or
any other scent that will require the garment to be washed) or animal hair. Make sure
all accessories, such as laces, are also returned with the garment.
Boots should not have any markings on the soles. Please take care and
try your footwear on a carpeted or soft floor that will not scratch or
mark the bottom of the shoes.
Items that are not returnable are: Tobacco Pipes, Tights and Hosen,
Opened Contact Lenses, Opened Prosthetics, Costume Wigs, Earrings (and
other pierced jewelry),
Spartan/Gladiator Briefs, Wind Instruments, Any Liquid or Cream (Rust
Blocker and other Metal Cleaners, LARP Silicone, Fake Blood, Prosthetic
Glues and Removers, et cetera), Underwear, Socks (unless unopened), and
Custom Items. Custom
means any item that is ordered from us that is not normally on our
website for sale. For example, a custom color, or custom size of a
I am returning items for a refund:
If you are returning items for a refund, there is a 15% restocking fee and shipping is not refundable.
Example: You return a $50.00 item for a refund. Your refund amount will be $42.50 once the restocking fee is deducted.
I am returning items to exchange them for other items:
If you are returning items for an exchange then you will receive the
full dollar amount of merchandise returned to be used towards your
exchange. There is no restocking fee on exchanges. Please note, there
will be a shipping fee for any exchanges (to ship the new items to you).
You return a $50.00 item and want to exchange it for a lesser or
greater valued item. The difference will be figured and shipping will be
added. You will be refunded or charged for the final amount remaining.
I am returning items for store credit:
If you are returning items for store credit then you will receive the
full dollar amount of merchandise returned to be used towards a future
order. There is no restocking fee on store credit unless you request a
refund. If you request a refund, the 15% restocking fee will be
deducted. Store credit is issued using a gift certificate code, which
will be emailed to you. You can use store credit when placing an order
online or over the phone. Store credit does not expire.
I received a damaged or defective item:
If you believe you have received items that are either damaged or
defective, please retain all shipping materials (all boxes and packing
materials) and contact us right away. A customer service specialist can
determine what course of action will need to be taken and save you time
Shipping costs are not refundable unless we are at fault. We will
always correct any errors we make at no extra cost to you. There will be
a new shipping fee for exchanges.
Please do not refuse your package. By refusing a package we are then
forced to pay the return shipping cost. Any associated shipping fees we
incur from refused packages will be deducted from refund total.
