Few foods match a medieval atmosphere better than a great soup. Cook an awesome soup in this Medieval Soup Kettle at your next historical reenactment. This steel kettle has an enamel coating. It is black on the outside and has a white and black design on the inside. Also, the pot has a tapered shape. The top is narrower than the bottom. This makes it easier to keep ashes and dust out of the pot and keep the food in.
There are two loops on opposite ends. The handle hooks into these loops. Also, there is a small notch in the center of the bottom edge of the handle for hanging the pot. You can hang the pot from tripods and other gear like the Gudrun Pot Hanger (MY100948), sold separately. Finally, choose from different sizes. The large pot holds 20 liters, or just over 5 gallons, while the small holds 8 liters, or just over 2 gallons. This Medieval Soup Kettle works equally well for a medieval or modern camping experience.
This item is handmade, therefore, it may vary slightly from what is shown above.
